shift + Reset › Troubleshoot › Advanced options › Start-up Settings › Restart › 4 (Safe Mode) Troubleshoot › Command Prompt

Remove ESET driver and reboot.

del /F /S /Q /A "c:\Windows\System32\drivers\epfwwfp.sys"

Offending program should be reinstalled.
