Force Upgrade

Force a major version upgrade when it is not offered via Windows Updates.

Determine Windows Version

Determine the major and dotted Windows version.

⌘ + r › winver to get current windows version.

Manual Update

Navigate to windows 10 download page and select Update now to download the Update Assistant.

Launch Update Assistant and select Upgrade this PC now.
